Shipping & Delivery

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order is processed as soon as it has entered our system. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes. We can therefore not guarantee that we will be able to make the change for you.

We work with leading shipping suppliers to enable fast deliveries from our warehouse to your home. However, there are sometimes delays, if this happen you are more than welcome to contact our customer service for help.

We strive to ship all orders from our warehouse within one business day.

We partner with reputable and reliable transport companies to ensure your orders are delivered securely and promptly. Our preferred transport companies include [Fedx, DHL,UPS]. These carriers have been carefully selected to provide efficient and safe delivery services to our customers.

Please note that the specific transport company used for your order may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method during the checkout process.

Returns & Exchange

To make a return, please contact our customer support at sales@miamifur.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return. After receiving instructions, prepare the item in its original packaging, attach the provided return label (if applicable), and ship it.

For returns due to defects or our error, we cover return shipping upto $9.99; for other reasons, the cost is yours. We'll process your refund promptly. Contact us if you need assistance at any step.

Exchanges can be made within 30 days after your order has been dispatched.

It is possible to exchange the same item for a different size. You will not need to pay for additional shipping costs when the exchange order is shipped out.

If the size you acquire is not available, you will need to make a regular return.

Kindly note that it is not allowed to tape any documents or labels directly to the product packaging (inner packaging). The right to exchange does not apply to goods that have been washed, used or are damaged. If you have received a damaged product or wish to file a claim, we kindly ask you to contact our customer service.

Note: You as the customer have the financial responsibility of ensuring your return is on its way to us. Please make sure to request a receipt when you return the package or save the tracking ID.

When purchasing goods from us, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the ordered item (the cancellation period).

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal or without a price tag/tag.

Due to safety reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to mounted strollers and car seats. You have the right to open the packaging and check, for example, the color of the product. If you are unsure whether the right of withdrawal applies, please contact our customer service.

When you cancel your purchase and have registered your return digitally within 14 days, the amount you paid for the item including original delivery costs will be refunded.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Of course, we want you to be satisfied with your product! We want you to have the opportunity to open the package and look more closely at the product no matter if it is bought on sale or at full price. Offers that generate a discount when you shop for a certain amount does not apply if you decide to return items. You will not be able to keep your discount if the items you keep add up to an amount lower than the threshold. For example, the offer states that if you buy for $100, you receive a discounted price of $20. You buy for $140 and than return items for $50, this gives you the total amount of $90 which is below the threshold. You will not keep your discount in this case.

As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded to the payment method used when making your order. It may take up to 5 business days for our Returns department to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. All item(s) must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the parcel on the courier’s website. If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account. If you have chosen Klarna invoice, the returned goods will be corrected on your invoice.

PLEASE NOTE: During holiday periods the processing time for your return may exceed 5 business days.

My Order

We believe that it is important from a sustainability perspective that you merge your purchases so that we can send larger orders fewer times to reduce our environmental footprint.

However, certain items in our warehouse require a special packing process. Please note that in those cases your order can still be sent in more than one parcel.

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your order has been registered in our system. Make sure that this email has not ended up in your spam.

Please note that it may take up to an hour for this email to be sent when the transaction must be reviewed and approved by your payment provider. Once your order has been packaged and sent from our warehouse, you will also receive a delivery confirmation that shows your tracking number / package ID where you can see where your delivery is.

To keep our fast deliveries, you can only purchase products that are in stock. If you try to purchase more items than what we have in stock, the order will not go through and the system will automatically revert to the number of items in stock at the moment.

If you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Please give us a call for faster handling time. In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order will be processed as soon as it has entered our system. Therefore, we can not guarantee that we can cancel your order.

It is unfortunately not possible to add or remove items in an existing order.

In order to protect your privacy and personal information, we cannot place an order for you. We only accept orders made through our website.

Payment

Google & Apple pay you can pay for orders with your google and apply accounts

Card VISA, MasterCard or Eurocard. Please note! Some domestic Visas or Masters may fail to pay due to bank restrictions.

Your invoice is always emailed to the email address you provided at checkout.so, the invoice will be emailed to you once we have sent your order from our warehouse.

If you experience problems with ordering on our website, it may be because you are trying to pay with a card issuer or payment method that we currently do not support. If none of these are applicable, please check with your bank to make sure your card supports international purchases. If you have further problems, please contact our customer service.

When a returned shipment comes back to us, our goal is to handle the returns that come to us as soon as possible. During periods with higher volumes, return handling may be affected and then our goal is to handle the return within 14 days from the time it reaches us.

When your return is approved, we will send you an email confirming this. The order is credited through shopify payment system. It will then refund your paid amount within 1-3 banking days.

In most cases, the invoice is sent out in connection with your order being sent from our warehouse.

The invoice may arrive before we send your order if, for example, there has been a price adjustment or the invoice has been activated for other reasons.

Our goal is that you who pay by invoice should always receive your delivery before the invoice is due. If this is not the case, you are welcome to contact our customer service and we can help you further.

Our promotions and offers are designed to provide you with the best value for your purchases. The validity of each promotion may vary, so we recommend checking the specific promotion's terms and expiration date. We continuously update our offers to bring you the latest and greatest deals.

  2. Enter the code and click "ok".

Keep in mind that you can only use one discount code per order, after the code has been used it is invalid. Our discount codes can be linked to specific products, thresholds and/or campaigns.
