At Miamifur, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers in the USA. This includes a reliable and efficient shipping process to ensure your pets supplies and products reach you as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping guidelines:

1. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the USA.

2. Shipping: We understand the importance of timely delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time for orders placed during holidays or promotional periods. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

i- Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days) = FedEx Ground
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days) = FedEx 2-Day
  • Priority Shipping (1-2 Business Days) = FedEx Overnight

ii- Shipping Times

  • Orders placed after 11 am PST are shipped the next business day.
  • We do not offer Saturday delivery on FedEx shipments.
  • We ship orders on weekdays only.
  • We do not ship on weekends. (We do not ship on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.)

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout, and you will have the opportunity to review and approve these charges before completing your order.

4. Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and progress of your order.

5. Customs and Import Duties: Please note that you are responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applicable to your order. These fees may vary based on USA states regulations.

6. Delayed or Missing Shipments: While we strive for impeccable service, we cannot always control external factors that may affect delivery times. If your order is significantly delayed or goes missing, please contact our customer support team, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
